Introductory Weddings Weekend Package and Venue Description: Our wedding venue welcomes up to 150 wedding guests with ease, and we are happy to accommodate larger celebrations upon request. It’s a place designed for love, laughter, and unforgettable moments - the ultimate Montana ranch wedding destination!
Dutchman Creek Events is located just south of Helena, Montana near Clancy.
Wedding Party and Family Use: From Friday at noon through Sunday at noon, you and your loved ones can enjoy exclusive use of our charming rustic ranch house—complete with a full kitchen, cozy lounge, two bathrooms, a beautifully appointed bridal suite, and a spacious covered porch perfect for gathering and relaxing. The Creekside cabin offers a private and peaceful groom’s suite. All outdoor venue spaces are yours for rehearsal and setup throughout the weekend. While overnight stays in the ranch house are not permitted, RV dry‑camp spaces are available for an additional fee, allowing your closest guests to stay nearby and savor the full weekend experience.
Day‑of Event Guest/Public Use: Summer 2026 introductory pricing begins at $3,000.00 for weddings with 100 guests or fewer, with pricing for larger events increasing from there. This rate includes full access to all venue spaces, along with chairs, tables, and an attendance‑appropriate number of portable restrooms. We also partner with a wonderful selection of local vendors and are happy to guide you toward trusted professionals who can help bring your vision to life.
Our outdoor spaces are designed to feel magical: • A manicured 3,500‑square‑foot Creekside ceremony lawn, where vows feel timeless and intimate • A separate 2,500‑square‑foot dining lawn, perfect for dinner under the open sky
A rustic outdoor bar structure sits beside the dining area, adding charm and convenience to your celebration. Our host liquor policy ensures that any alcohol served is handled responsibly by a licensed and insured vendor approved by the Landlord, or through a BYOB arrangement where beverages are offered at no cost and guests serve themselves. If alcohol is served, the Renter assumes all related liability.

A fully refundable $500.00 cleaning deposit is required, along with event insurance. We can provide recommendations to help you secure the right coverage with ease.
